The American Independent Party is California's state affiliate with the national Constitution Party. The American Independent Party has been ballot qualified since 1968 and is #3 in California registered voters. The reason it is the fastest growing political party in the state - it is right on the issues! Due to its actisism and proximity to the State's Capitol and administrative offices - the committee plays a key roll in state party affairs. American Independent Party state conventions are held in Sacramento. We invite you to examine our state political platform. If a position is Constitutional, we are for it; if it isn't we as a party and our political candidates are aggressively against it. If you are sick of the Democrat and Republican parties and the shortcomings of others leave you cold, you may have found a political home. If you live in the greater Sacramento area, we invite you to attend our meeting, examine what we are doing, and if enthused, come aboard as a right wing political activist. FLASH!
